Resposibilities to include cleaning and sanitizing of residential areas, common areas, offices. Move furniture when needed. Socialize with residents and families and make all feel comfortable and at ease that their loved ones are well cared for and appreciated, as they all are.

Accounts Receivable. Log payments, call delinquent accounts. File, send out monthly statements. Do credit checks on new accounts. Typing, fill in for receptionist with multiphone line.

Customer Service/Receiving. Speak with customers that were returning faulty equipment, log activity in computer when products were returned so the product could be followed and repaired and sent back to customers in a timely manner. Receive products in on a daily basis and log all products in to computer. Also filled in as receptionist as needed at front desk.
