Working at Edward Jones, I have multi-tasked duties, including providing service to clients, entering data and client information, processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and scheduling appointments. In my time working with the firm, I have assisted offices in Wildomar, Murrieta, Bonsall, San Diego, Dana Point, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Whittier, Upland, Yucca Valley, and Palm Springs with FAs ranging from level 1 to level 8. Coverage has been provided for BOAs attending Regionals, vacation, on extended medical leave, and for offices in transition.

Working at the circulation desk during the early morning hours, I researched book titles, authors, and class information using the library’s computer system to assist patrons, and I collected data on patron usage of library utilities to justify the library’s 24-hour operating hours.

As a Target team member, I multi-tasked several processes to maximize efficiency and reduce overall completion time, as well as adapted to new procedures that were immediately implemented during emergency situations like Black Friday. I communicated with team members from previous and following shifts to keep workflow unimpeded and organized, and I helped train new team members in several job duties. I also streamlined and recorded the morning preparation routine for new team members or team members unfamiliar to the department to reference during morning shifts.

As the club Treasurer, I budgeted club funds monthly to keep track of our current balance and to allot funds to purchase new supplies and prizes, as well as organized various club events, such as barbecues and parties, to recruit new club members. In addition to my Treasurer duties, I also illustrated and designed posters and other promotional material like T-shirt graphics and flyers for better club exposure. Despite half of the club's officers resigning during the school year, the President and I kept the club going for future students to continue to enjoy, increasing the number of members and total funds from the previous year.

Working in retail, I organized displays to ensure maximum presentation of merchandise, assisted customers, and oversaw the changing room and department floor. The experience emphasized the importance of branding, aesthetic presentation, and customer service.
