Responsible for managing risk by serving as advisory to Investment Banking partners for all aspects of regulatory risk in their respective product areas. Additional responsibilities include: working with Bankers to vet securities deals while in the origination phase and prior to presentation to Commitment Committees; analyzing and amending new securities regulation; assisting in the planning and preparation for exams, audits, and regulatory inquiries. Specifically covering the Loan Syndications & High Yield Debt Capital Markets space, including High Yield Debt issuances, Leveraged Loan Syndications, Real Estate Syndicated Finance, Investment Grade Syndicated & Acquisition Finance, and Exchange Offers.

The Leadership Pipeline Program is a competitive, non-rotational development program that provides broad exposure to the Wells Fargo Securities Platform. The program focuses on practical hands-on learning and provides opportunity to engage in projects that are cross-departmental in scope and impact. Throughout the 12-month program, Associates participate in both formal classroom-based and computer-based training. Associates have exposure to senior management and executives during quarterly dialogue sessions that are developed exclusively for the program and are focused on cultivating leadership skills and fostering professional development. The combined elements of formal training and supplemental resource network provide the ideal foundation for a successful career at Wells Fargo. At the conclusion of the 12 month program Associates continue in their line of business.

Acted as Chief Financial Officer for 265 member chapter by maintaining timely and accurate financial records using the Fraternity’s online financial system. Lead the development of and administered $1,000,000+ annual chapter budget while tracking 9 individual chapter officer budgets. Managed accounts receivable duties including member billing, pursuit of delinquent accounts and special assessments. Managed accounts payable duties including payments to vendors, Fraternity Headquarters, Chapter House Corporation and member reimbursements.
