In my thesis, I develop novel diagnostic tools for Alzheimer’s disease based on electrical brain activity (EEG). I have previous work experience as a physics teacher, resident medical physicist, researcher, and senior researcher.Additionally, I have a strong passion for entrepreneurship and startups. In 2016, I acted as the Vice Chair of the Board of Helsinki Think Company, the entrepreneurship society of the University of Helsinki. I try to encourage students and researchers to exploit the business opportunities offered by their research projects. Moreover, to build up my business knowledge, I have included courses on entrepreneurial leadership and finance in my doctoral studies. My future dream job would combine my passion for both healthcare technology and business.
