I am a passionate and experienced Mental Health professional/Psychology graduate able to work in Spanish and English to a bilingual degree. I live and work as Senior Mental health Practitioner in London where I manage service users with complex psychobiological needs. I have an outstanding practical knowledge in working with vulnerable people offering the more appropriate approach for them. I use CBT, motivational interviewing counselling and compassionate focus therapy. I have an excellent practical and theoretical approach to identify suitable interventions for diagnosis such us depression, anxiety, personality disorder, drug and alcohol and psychosis type disorders. Population I work is wide although I mainly focus on young adults. I am also involved in research projects within my current team with the aim of improve the service offered to service users. I completed my first degree in psychology choosing clinical pathway. I then worked to complete my training within an organization supporting services users from a psychosocial and holistic point of view administering group and individual interventions.
