I enjoy helping others find great careers.My career in Recruiting started over eight years ago and has spanned across multiple industries to include hospitality, medical, retail, trade associations, construction, technology, and many others. I've stayed with technology because it's super cool and I geek out a lot when I learn how stuff works. I'm a perfectionist that is never perfect and learn from my mistakes. I believe everyone has value and walk away from each conversation with new knowledge. I think more profiles should have personal fun things you can learn about others because there is more to people than their job. Personal favorites outside of my career are music, singing, jigsaw puzzles, board games, family reunions, hiking, and a guilty pleasure of playing the Lego Xbox games excessively.
