The RL Fellowship mobilizes a diverse, national coalition of 100 student leaders who commit to growing the movement to end educational inequity. This 15 month long fellowship pairs students with a local mentor and connects them to a national network of TFA staff, alum, and other student leaders, all of which grow fellows’ understanding of educational inequity through insights from prominent voices in education, while preparing fellows to act on this issue in their communities.
