Coordinator and supervisor of the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of UC Scout college prep and AP courses while overseeing continuous online delivery through LMS (Canvas). Recruited and trained 2 instructional designers while managing a variety of cross-functional projects.Presented at conferences and events to promote UC Scout and articulate best practices in e-learning video production.

Supporting schools, startups, and organizations in leveraging education technologies and strategic content creation.

I worked with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment to design app-based, web-based and printed training materials. By gathering user data and applying needs analysis methods, my team designed and launched a new training program in response to the formation of a new role within the organization.

Spearheaded rebranding and promotion of the Affordable Instructional Materials (AIM) initiative, including logo design, student outreach on social media and door-to-door outreach. Hosted several AIM events in order to highlight program successes and increase faculty involvement. I co-facilitated e-portfolio workshops for undergraduate classes and supported faculty in designing instruction and online course maintenance.

Planned scope and sequence for 5th and 6th grade sciences aligned with California Next Generation Science Standards.Implemented blended learning and project-based learning instructional techniques at a founding charter school.

Implemented Common Core-based curricula in English, Math, Science and Social Studies with 25 6th graders in rigorous college prep learning environment. Differentiated instruction, including resources for English Learners, and collaboratively evaluated grade level learning outcomes.

Designed 3-month English instructional plan for a child and adult learner, including Language Arts and Mathematics instruction.Engaged and motivated pupil and guided English use/application in a wide variety of real-world settings.Gained perspective of teaching in a foreign country and became proficient in a foreign language (Turkish)
