Over the years, I came to realize customer success’ (i.e. post-sales') profound impact on revenue, product, and operations. So when I founded my recruiting agency in 2019, 💪🏼 I decided to double down on CS. Since then, thousands of conversations with CS leaders have given me unparalleled insights into what works (and what doesn't) across SaaS CS organizations.
