My role was focussed on the promotion and implentation of a new CRM System, Sales Force. - Oversaw and lead the installation, promotion and in-house training of the new Sales Force system across all departments.- Organised and planned meetings as liaison to the company’s board of directors.- Collected and analyzed information from the users in order to improve the systems, recognized, tested and documented system bugs.- Liaised and acted as first point of contact with the software developers with regards to relaying information regarding the system.
