-Market performance monitoring (HQ perspective) in six cooperation markets (BG,RO,SI,SK,HU,HR)-Support sales initiatives in the regional NSC Headquarters and represent BMW Austria Bank. Sales steering and reporting (campaigns follow-up, EoT Management).-Coordination and alignment with local country managers. Perform analysis on a regional level (best practice). Operative and administrative support of strategic initiatives / projects (PMO). Administrative support for extra projects (joint-ventures, etc…). -Support sales initiatives of the regional sales offices; intensive cooperation and regular operational alignment with BMW National Sales Company; CEO support.

-Coordinate regular project reports by involved markets.-Schedule, organize and run the project "jour-fixe" on regular base. -Prepare management presentations.-Monitor market campaigns and verify fulfillment of campaign requirements. -Support the development of innovative business concepts. -Develop a customer profile for innovative sales initiave by developing marketing material and result analysis. -Support for set-up of new used car reporting for Austria.
