What do you want to be when you grow up? I was no more than 14 when I firmly answered that I would always be a Communicator. Since then I developed my studies, interests and academic decisions bearing that goal in mind. The degree in Corporate Communications and Public Relations, with a strong component in marketing and journalism was, then, a natural choice. Coming back to the last fifteen years it's a great pleasure to do what I love most in life, i.e., Communication.Most of this time I’ve been working in agencies, developing my career in several Communication areas, under a local and International environment. I've been experiencing a wide range of sectors, namely consumer products, retail, IT, health and public sector. Under this umbrella I’ve had the opportunity to develop several specific projects to the European Commission.I love my job and consider myself as a truly proactive and dedicated professional. Developing, coordinating and implementing PR plans, media relations, writing and creating contents, event planning, partnerships negotiations, stakeholders management, digital PR and Search Engine Optimization are my main competences. Project and team management are also some of my job expertise and roles.During my university studies I had the opportunity to produce a TV program to the public television, so called E2, performing roles as a journalist, a producer and a pivot, job experience that I had the chance to develop later on as a professional at CMTV. Delivering classes of marketing, PR and Advertising in a secondary school was, early in my career path, a major win that gave me a strong sense of achievement.In 2020 I got back to the university to perform a postgraduation in Sustainability Management since I believe that individuals, communities, organizations and governments together have the power to build a better society, creating positive impact in our planet. And I firmly want to be part of this chapter of the world. I really value knowledge and education as a tool to develop societies, and communication as a tool to achieve this purpose. Currently I'm glad to work with a NGO, basing on my skills, competences and experience acquired over the years, to support the mission one of my big missions, bring health and education to the in communities in need, specifically in Africa.In my free time, among several other activities, I’m also volunteer in other organizations working to improve the wellbeing of people as well as the environment health, towards a sustainable world.
