• More than 15 years of recent medical, geriatric, Complex Care, Surgery Unit, ICU, Psychiatric & Palliative inpatients. • Current BCLS certification.• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to set priorities.• Knowledge and skill in rehabilitation and experience working with diabetic, CVA & Respirology patients• Mentorship for new hires and pre-grad nursing students • Competency in a variety of skills including, intramuscular injections, wound care.• Competence in accessing, maintaining and blood sampling from PICC line. Intravenous therapy initiation and discontinuation, blood transfusion.• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Persian• Computer literacy and familiarity with e-documents• Ability to work collaboratively or independently
