Main day-to-day benefits administrator, interacting directly with Human Resources and Benefits Administrators at 64 State University and community college campuses, as well as with retirement plan administrators at New York State agencies on an as-needed basis.

Work collaboratively with the Human Resources team to ensure all components of the recruitment life cycle are met, in addition to providing day-to-day support to the employee relations and career development teams. Responsible for ensuring quality candidates progress through the recruitment and hire process from by assisting with candidate screening, scheduling interviews, applicant tracking system administration, and assisting in all aspects of the hiring and onboarding process. Assist in the development and maintenance of effective recruitment, selection and onboarding programs to meet organizational needs and support the principles and practices of CDPHP’s equal employment opportunity, affirmative action plans and new hire experiences.

Coordinate planning, budgeting, and execution of sponsorship-related activities.

Assistant to the Director of Public Relations and the Manager of Community Relations & Corporate Events. Assist with the planning, budgeting, and execution of sponsorship-related activities. Manage administrative tasks for the Communications Department, and acts as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
