Presently serve as the chair of the Social Studies department and supervise eight other teachers throughout the entire school.Educational leader and lead content teacher.Lead weekly team planning sessions.Create agendas for team planning meetings.Keep attendance record for the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) meetings.Facilitate professional development during monthly meetings.Determine desired outcomes of team planning (common lesson plans and assessments, PD services).Identify barriers that would impact tasks & interfere with completion of tasks. Lead all monthly department meetings. Act as liaison between Administration and other teachers for implementing policy and the school improvement plan.
