I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and over two years of experience in the field of long-term care. I am proficient in Pointclickcare and MDS, which enable me to manage the documentation, assessment, and care planning of the residents. I am also skilled in leading, training, and supervising the social services staff, as well as collaborating with other departments, agencies, and stakeholders. I am passionate about providing compassionate, ethical, and effective social services that enhance the quality of life of the residents and support their goals and preferences.
