Provide excellent customer care to customers regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolutionWhen the office I relocated to was in a state of havoc and chaos, I did a total overhaul from resource material through office supplies and created an efficient work atmosphere that increased productivity for the entire branch.Passing the monthly corporate internal audit is both complex and time consuming so I devised a process whereby I broke the components into easy to complete daily procedures allowing for monthly audits to be easily passed, compliance attained and fines avoided.Maintaining excellent customer service cost effectively though efficient employee scheduling is a difficult task, so I created an excel spreadsheet that considered factors like traffic flow, employee preference, and other circumstances resulting in easier schedule creation and increased employee and customer satisfaction.Managing accurate cash on hand balances with sufficient cash but not exceeding maximum allowances is quite challenging so I created a weekly log tracking incoming and outgoing cash (ordering/selling) shipments which resulted in the ability to maintain correct cash levels keeping the branch in compliance with internal audits.In order to score high on branch audits, supply customers with accurate and timely materials, and increase customer satisfaction - I designed a collateral stock tracking system which pulled expired promotional materials and replaced them with current brochures in a timely manner.When a new branch was opened, I worked overtime to organize and fully stock the new branch with :cash, marketing materials, office supplies, audit and compliance logs, basically making it look and operate as a fully functional branch.
