Having lived in a third world country of choice, I realised, though we may have different cultures, our dreams are just the same to live the life we want... being happy, joyful and full of laughter; realised our worth and enabling others to set their own path of choice in life.Found rewarding is working, partnering and coaching people to reexplore, rediscover and renew their beliefs in styling their life whether you're starting out, in the midst of your career and career change or simply rediscovering for yourself the changes you want in life and work! Been an active community Volunteer since 1975 and continue to review its community outreach programs. Very fulfilling is kicking off Project Taking Charge for women living in shelters. And Training programs for Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher (CLYT) and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL) who volunteer for our Laughter Yoga Community Outreach programs for seniors, children, shelters, community centres, companies, hospital, homes. Held classes for Guided Autobiography (GAB) for Seniors. A life story writing program to help Seniors reflect, recognise, forgive, restore, uplift, re-energise, create and stepping out empowering self towards a journey of resilience, joy and purpose.
