Hi, I'm Sara. I am an educator, a career coach and organizational development consultant. I have over 15 years of experience in program and project management, coaching, teaching, change management, business operations, and human resources. My specific areas of expertise as a coach and consultant are strategic career design, career wellbeing, and workplace culture. As a coach and consultant, I work side by side with leaders of small, mid-size, and large global organizations in both the public and private sectors to take their teams to the next level. My experience in Human Resources spans employee experience/engagement programs, talent management, M&A integrations, global expansions, HR operations, HR technology, and HR transformation. I use tools like CliftonStrengths, Enneagram, MBTI, and DISC to help leaders, teams, and organizations shape their approach to work while creating high-performing team cultures and collaborative environments. I love helping people intentionally design careers, team cultures, and work environments that help them thrive personally and professionally. In addition to my work as a coach and consultant, I am a Psychology instructor at Laney College in Oakland, and a course facilitator for eCornell’s leadership programs.
