Senior Learning Strategist
CurrentAs a senior learning strategist, I find sales and operations pain points and design roadmaps and products for measurable solutions. I collaborate cross LOB, globally with internal and external stakeholders while I support learning content management and learning management endeavors.I also played a pivotal role in upskilling contractors and GTME enablement members in learning design with easy to apply tools and methodology based on learning psychology. I create guiding documents and templates to keep collaborations in sync and offer program recommendations.Recently I led the needs analysis and design of a new sales process training for managers and senior leaders. These intense in person training sessions were tested and developed rapidly in parallel to sales rep enablement across LOB, globally. They were highly interactive and resulted in satisfaction ratings of 90% by leadership based on: Confidence in ability to apply training to work, Valuable use of time, and positive impact to work.
