Project Accountant for Service Special Projects department.-Create and submit invoices with required documents like pay apps, AIA forms, etc. to our customers-Work in multiple customer portals like GC Pay, Coupa, Textura, Etc.-Collect on outstanding invoices, includes working with MM general counsel-Process transfers with in Dynamics GP-Process over 40 new jobs and change orders weekly-Process subcontractor invoices-Process substantiations for projects-Train new project accountants

As the construction special projects coordinator, everyday is different. From establishing jobs that are awarded to managing requests for proposals for all of MM, day to day can be hard to fully describe. Aside from working with the CSP group, this position has given me many opportunities; like being a pod leader within MM's lean intuitive and being the face of MM at networking events.
