The primary responsibility of the Implementation Manager is to provide timely and efficient consulting, project management, and process integration services to new clients in order for them to successfully implement the Autotask platform.

• Responsible for the BI Support of all marketing/sales Campaign activity across the business’ 1.8 million customer locations, supporting a mailing programme in excess of 6m items per annum and supporting the development of over 100k Sales Leads per annum. Ensuring that all team members, along with Campaign Planning Agency resources, are equipped with the necessary knowledge of a particular campaign in order to deliver fast, accurate results• Streamlined many processes and successfully championed and implemented a standard campaign request form which ensures that all requirements are easily captured and understood, as well as various governance and control procedures & documents• Responsible for management of data standards to ensure the integrity of the data held, as well as responsibility matrices and system metadata. Responsibilities included the ongoing management of system data automation tools; managing licence allocations ensuring compliance to budgetary constraints; owning and maintaining guides/documentation detailing product change processes; productionising standard reports and processes to ensure their automatic, reliable, and regularly scheduled execution. In addition I was responsible for designing and managing the implementation of new development/changes to existing processes. • Successfully manged to change the marketing department’s mindset and opened them up to new ideas, by demonstrating to the users how an automated process would benefit them more as opposed to the manual, out-dated process they had in place and thus disproving their pre-conceptions to technology/modernisation

Responsible for Siebel Administration & Support and Project Administration for the implementation of Siebel across the entire organization. Responsibilities included, but not limited to supporting approximately 700 users, primarily around Sales & Marketing; Performing regular environment diagnosis to identify any potential risks and troubleshooting any errors; Managing software and/or patch releases from Development to Test to Production environments. In addition, worked closesly with the business process owners and key stakeholders to identify any further enhancements, managing change requirements and improving current processes.

Responsible for supporting the team with their ongoing Siebel 6 application, but primarily focused on the implementation of Siebel 7.8. This included but not limited to configuration of workflow processes, scripting within order management module with a strong emphasis on Actuate Report development

Worked through the entire Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from Analysis & Requirements Gathering to post implementation support. This division sold and supported solutions using a myriad of products such as Siebel , Actuate Report Writer , Cognos Impromptu Report Writer, Crystal Reports, Performix, to name a few. My role involved interviewing the customer to assess their requirements and then, based on this, provide recommendations as to how best to develop the solution within the framework of the product set selected. Sucessfully completed 17 projects within this time, including a project for a UK based company, HomeCall Direct and 3 of the Big Four South African Banks namely: Standard Bank, First National Bank and ABSA (now a member of Barclays bank plc)

Responsible for implementing the full System Development Life Cycle at various customer sites. Performing various tasks from requirements gathering to configuration to report writing to post-implementation support. Mentoring and supporting junior technical consultants. Providing software and solution training both internally and externally. Completed 20 succesful projects during this time, which included 2 of the Big Four South African Banks namely: Standard Bank and ABSA (now a member of Barclays bank plc), an international roll out for Premier Farnell (Chicago) and an implementation for German based company, inVision.
