I am a dedicated person who has a strong desire to succeed with experience in quality systems and regulatory affairs for the food, animal feed, and dietary supplement industries. I managed raw materials for a global company and risk assessed them for compliance according to the EU, US, and CODEX regulations as part of our vendor management program. Currently, I assess the final products for compliance according to the US and Canadian laws and regulations and provide guidance regarding claims, labeling and advise on transversal topics such as FSMA, allergens, GMO, and organic. My diverse skills in SAP and SharePoint creation allow me to increase efficiency and intertwine the needs of our internal stakeholders and ensure traceability. With my strong communication and cross functional leadership skills, I can efficiently work with different regions to address the needs of our external customers. I also participate in Food Safety plan reviews and internal auditing.
