I worked in finance and accounts nearly about 6 years i have experience in General ledger and Acccount payable.I worked in Sap, quick books, tally, excel, power point etc.my roles and responsibilities are Month end entries ,intercompany, invoice processing, maintaining time sheet , preparation of vendor bills and send the same report to my senior so that payment will go to all vendors with in timely and hassle free.I am maintaining time sheet of all employees and calculate the wage for all employee on weekly basis and all respective deduction as well in a well designed manner(,SUTA,FUTA,Social security tax tax ETC) in Excel and same posting to the ERP so payroll will run and employees will get paid.I did invoice processing for APAC region as well for france entity both PO and Non PO, freight invoices as well .DR balance clearing in ERP SAP , VAT corrections ,Vendors query resolution through portal( Like payment related, Invoice image related, Double payment related, Due date related.Sending RIP documents to buyer for any correction in Bank account, updating in bank account, Quantity mismatch and price mismatch. after confirmation form buyer the same i am conveying to seller through mail along with supporting documents.
