Main focus in Kuwait Education Fund.Responsibilities include:Kuwait Private Equity Opportunities Fund- Exit Stage:• Preparing Investment Reviews for Investments along with reviewing exit opportunities.• Preparing Quarterly Fund Performance Report to investors.Kuwait Education Fund- Acquisition/Investment stage:• Involved in the day-to-day activities of the fund, including related admin work.• Performing Investment Updates on portfolio investments along with performing impairment tests.• Preparing Quarterly Fund Performance Reports to investors.• Full involvement in Investment Transactions, including review of potential investment opportunities along with performing the necessary valuations using DCF, P/E, P/B multiple valuations.• Actively involved in increasing the deal pipeline for potential opportunities by using past and current networks.

Tasks include performing corporate finance analysis by building valuation and M&A models, performing comparables analysis, researching equity and debt financings, performing firm valuations, analyzing financial statements, preparing exhibits and pitch books for presentations to clients. Worked on full listing procedures on Kuwait Stock Exchange along with Capital Increases, and preparing Private Placement and Listing Memorandums. Companies include, Abyaar Real Estate Development Company, Boubyan International Industries Holding Company, and Bawabet AlKuwait.In coordination with foreign advisors, worked on liquidation procedures for portfolio companies in Europe, along with understanding the different tax implications, and dealing with foreign governments.
