Responsibilities include:- Surveillance of Jazz Network comprised of 15,000+ sites with 70+ million active subscribers- Provide technical support to live CS/PS CORE, IN, VAS and DFS network nodes (USN, GGSN, CGW, UGW, PGW, PCRF, SAPC, HSS, EIR, MGW, MSC, GMSC, SBC, MGCF, eSight).- Monitor & ensure traffic on SIP, SS7, Diameter, MTP, m3ua, MAP, CAP, Gx, Gy etc. interfaces- Ensuring Network KPIs & KQIs (VoLTE, VoWifi, PDP, Bearer, CAP etc. within thereshold limits- Event, fault and incident Management.- Calculate performance impact of outages, degradations and traffic routings.- Facilitate deployment, integration & upgradation activities to ensure system's performance, capacity and reliability.- Handling of customer complaints (Data, SMS, prepaid - postpaid number creation, deletion, subscription change)- Health checks of network nodes, Linux based virtual machines and take necessary actions for a fix.- Coordinate and feedback provision to internal/external customers

Responsibilities include:- Provide technical support to all Ericsson ( Charging System 5.1 / VAS Nodes (i.e. SDP, AIR, AF, CCN, VS, CRS, VXML-IVR, MINSAT, SunMC), Globitel USSD, Huawei EVC, EMM 7.3, PGNGN, vEDA, ZTE SMSC, MMSC and 3rd Party Services by performing Health checks and maintain threshold levels.- Surveillance and ensure traffic on SIGTRAN, Diameter, SS7, CS1+, INAP, SCAP, CAMEL, TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, XML, CAI, HTTP, ACIP, UCIP and RPC protocols.- Troubleshooting of customer complaints related to IN/VAS (i.e. Account refill, Account information enquiry, Tariff, Overcharging, EOCN, Outgoing Call, Advance balance, SMS, LBS, My Status, Dual Number Service, MCN, Roaming, Anti-Spam, Delivery Notification and Call Screening etc & Solved 3000+ IN complaints.- Event and Fault Management in order to restore the service and optimize the service operation.- Service and Resource performance Monitoring to improve system's performance, capacity and reliability.- Generate periodic performance reports.- Support and Coordination with network departments (Core, Transmission, IT, GPRS, VAS, MPBN, NMS and Billing etc.) during daily operations, activities and outages.- Executing maintenance activities as per decided SLAs to dig out faults and alarms proactively in system.
