Monitoring daily production plan as per shift/given targets and achieve production plan & Monitoring & co-ordination between Tool Room, Maintenance, purchase, store and production. Identify the problems related to material, machines, quality and provide appropriates solutions.  Achieve daily production target as per plan.  Drive KAIZEN practice for continual improvement from operatives to senior management as a cost saving practices.  Conducting daily meeting with section Heads to provide guidance and improve performance.  Ensure timely Dispatch of finish goods.  Focusing on maximum capacity utilization.  Raw material planning with ABC analysis cost and quantity wise . Evaluating man days requirement wrt Schedule.
