 Production Planning Mainly includes from packing materials and finished goods i.e. availability/ shortages & approved / quarantine), schedule for manpower requirement.  Doing Planning of Batches & for Production Department. To maintain Quality System Documents of Quality Assurance accordance with BPR & relevant SOPs & CGMP requirement.  Handling of Equipment Qualification Documentation, 00S, 00T, Deviation & Investigation Handling, CAPA handling & monitoring and Change controls in Oral Solid Facility. Self-Inspection, Walkthrough & External and Internal Audits in Plant  SOP preparation to improving procedures for simplification, effective guidance, and ease of execution.  Using scientific approach and sufficient supporting data for justification, proper and effective use of investigation tools.  Preparing investigation by quality improvement tools and techniques (e.g. Fishbone diagram, 5 Whys etc.) Assist cross functional investigation team (e.g. Production, Quality, and Regulatory) with high risk/ complex investigation.  Production& QA Documentation & also filling out online document as well as all related reports & record.  Reporting directly to Production Department Head & QA Department Head, Plant Head and all other department Head for any GMP incidences.
