Roles & Responsibilities Requirement Gathering• Doing POC for the new requirements. • Gather and document requirements using, process flows, use cases, interview, and investigation of current state (existing systems and/or processes).• Analyze customer requirements, understanding them to provide customized solutions towards accomplishments of customer satisfaction.• Convert all the requirements in the form of Business Requirement Document and maintain all project documents as per CMMI level standards.• Design process flows for module wise requirements using MS Visio, Mindmapple etc tools • Categorize requirements and organized and structured them into related sub-sets for easier understanding and maintenance.• Explores relationship between requirements and removes ambiguities and redundancies.• Recognized and discuss important scenarios to build a wireframe for requirements and prepared screen prototypes for clear understanding of the business requirements. Quality Assurance • Responsible for management of all QA functions includes planning, strategy, testing execution etc • Ensure that traceability of test cases to requirements, working with the project Business Analyst to ensure all requirements are tested.• Working with Technical Leads to identify unit testing coverage and ensure any gaps are documented and addressed.• QA issues prioritization and resolution facilitation.
