I started at Accenture as a Sr. Technical Lead and worked for one of the largest consultancy firms in implementation of their Responsive UI Application. I not only built the solution to the expectation of the stakeholders but also built strong capability pool on the technology stack.Then I moved in as a Lead for Web Application Platform for one of the largest hospitals in North America where I led successful implementation of the EHR Platform and Structured Clinical Documentation Initiative.Then I took on a challenging responsibility of a Jr. Technical Architect cum Release Manager at Houston office of the Hospital IT Division. I was exposed to the DevOps cum ITIL principles, tools and techniques. After this I also performed a stint as Project Manager for Order Entry Applications that involved leading a 16 member onshore offshore team from Requirements to Deployment in short period of 6 months. This role involved interactions with business users and workshops which gave me great exposure to Stakeholder Engagement.

Sarang played a role of technical lead role for customers in Europe and North America Geographies. My key goal was to have optimized technical solution with value added customer experience. He was instrumental in laying down technical and architecture design for the Dot Net based applications. He specialized in Service Oriented Architecture, Web Applications and Desktop Based Application and used C# and other Web Based Languages for successful implementations.He also led teams of small size while delivering these implementations to customer delight.He assisted the Leads in preparing technical solutions to the RFP's as well.

I joined Infosys as a trainee engineer and worked on various roles that built me as a grounded technology professional. Started with Development Engineer for a worlds largest Chemical company for Web Application Development, I joined High Tech and Manufacturing Division and worked with Marquee customers.For Microsoft I worked as Technical lead for Law and Corporate Affairs IT Division. Then I moved in as Requirements Analyst and then as Solution Developer for Retail Industry Solution for few of the large retailers in North America. In this role I served multiple customers such as Foster Farms, Payless etc. I was responsible for implementing one of the largest labeling system solution for Foster Farms which was built using VC++ and VB.Net. Having loved all my roles at Infosys I truly learned a lot here.
