• Taking care of end-to-end recruitment responsibility of Technology and Product hiring, starting from the requirement understanding from the Hiring Manager.• Instrumental in building multiple teams from scratch like Backend, Frontend, Android, IOS, Data Engineering, Data Science, SDET, Product Analyst and scaled the initial team to current state.• Lead a team of recruiters by assigning and approving requisitions loads and mentoring on the best recruitment strategies.• Work in partnership with managers to provide challenge, advice, direction and support on recruitment strategy, delivery and related policies and procedures.• Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies. Establish a consistent and valid candidate assessment process.• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement and solving problems on critical hires.• Managed agency and vendor relationships for talent acquisition, as well as on-boarding the employees.• Create and propose offer recommendations to Hiring Managers, extend offers, and manage offer negotiations and mentored recruiters on negotiating techniques while ensuring that right salary bands are met.• Worked and led teams on multiple projects like ERP, Diversity hiring, Market mapping, Process implementation.

• Responsible for hiring requirements of Olacabs across verticals such as Engineering & Product, handling end to end recruiting process • Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage leaders/partner expectations.• Having strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment solutions such as LinkedIn, Naukri, IIM Jobs, Belong.• Driving the healthy mix of internal & external sourcing, conducting interviews, gauging culture fitment, negotiation on salaries and other joining requirements to final closure of positions.• Working on tools such as Oracle Taleo to fulfill large volume of demands.• Engaged with the Leadership team and managed campus hiring from Premier/Tier 1/Tier 2 Technical & Management Institutes.• Vendor Management, Staffing MIS, Staffing Operations and following up with the selected candidates till their joining.

• Worked closely with Hiring managers on requirement gathering, develop strategy for demand fulfillment and hiring the best professionals for the IT requirements.

• Responsible for the daily operations of the HR Department.• Responsible for recruitment and Pre & Post joining process for various clients.
