I am intuitive, ambitious and open minded leader with a passion for impeccable standards. I am highly motivated, goal driven and aspire to achieve results within time frames as both a team player and an individual.I am completing an Associate Degree in Engineering, expecting completion in 2024.I previously have studied a Bachelor of Business with a major in Sports Management and I hold a Graduate Certificate in Construction Management.I have partaken in two study abroad exchange programs and solo backpacked through Asia, USA and Central America, learning Chinese and Spanish. These study and travel experiences enabled me to expand my soft skills in communication, body language and decision making among many other things.I currently deliver Civil Infrastructure Projects ranging from sports field lighting, sports court facility upgrades, community playspaces, roads and drainage. I ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality deliverable. My previous roles with CoGB, included responsibilities such as managing the compliance of the construction of council assets in new subdivision developments across the Bendigo region. Including quality control, document management, on-site compliance inspections and Land Use Activity Agreements (LUAAs) with traditional owners. I have also managed all works within road reserve for COGB. Communicating with utility companies, contractors, parks and general public on a daily basis. Evaluating applications, identifying asset protection requirements and issuing permits. Supplementary to this I work closely with the Development Engineers determining legal points of discharge for all of COGB.Coupled with this, I have an extensive employment background in high end hotel operations management, which has enriched me to be incredibly calm and able to think on my feet in fast paced and high pressure situations. I have tremendous attention to detail and can communicate with a number of different stakeholders both individually and simultaneously.I hold a fresh perspective on the Construction & Project Management Industry. I am ambitious and committed, but most importantly I have exciting energy to inject into this industry.
