As an Instructional Coach at Argosy Collegiate Charter School in Fall River, MA, I have the opportunity to mentor, collaborate, and deeply engage with educators in order to improve pedagogical practices and efficacy or teaching in the classroom. As a former classroom educator, I have worked in a variety of socio-economic and diverse school districts, and it is with these experiences that I rely on to inform my practice as an Instructional Coach. In addition to being a Instructional Coach and lead educator in the classroom, I have also had the opportunity to write and design curriculum, critically analyze data in order to target needs of students and thereafter shape curriculum to curtail to students' needs, collaborate with professionals in order to design lessons to most effectively target students' learning, and train in various forms of technology integration. It is with these skills that I look forward to one day becoming a leader in a school and focusing on curriculum, instruction, and teacher growth.
