I have a BCA degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras and I am a certified Avaya Core Components Specialist (ACIS). I am currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at Avaya, where I provide L2 and L3 support for Avaya UC and CC products, Oracle and AudioCodes SBCs, and Variant Recorders. My core competencies include Avaya IP Telephony, Avaya Communication Manager, and Avaya Aura.In my previous roles, I have gained valuable experience as a Technical Lead at Cognizant and an Avaya Support Engineer at VIS Networks, where I handled Avaya PBX setups, incident management, and implementation projects for various clients. I have also developed skills in Oracle SDM, EOM, and Nice. I am passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and solving complex technical issues.
