-> Worked towards automating the price benchmarking process for Amazon Seller Exports & Delivery-> Devised two approaches for automating data extraction, resulting in a 96.1% reduction in turnaround time-> Devised a mechanism to extract seller rates by implementing an incentivization strategy which ensured that the company obtained accurate and up-to-date seller rates without incurring any financial drawbacks-> Proposed AI and OCR integration to automate data extraction, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in the process-> Conducted an extensive benchmarking exercise of various logistics companies to identify potential partners for price benchmarking. -> Performed a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the advantages of leveraging third-party expertise in the pricing benchmarking process

-- Went through the very basics of crimping & cutting processes in the manufacturing of wire harnesses.
