• Design and construct campaign and deal updates on JP seller central• Audit the campaign and deal deliverables from Catalog Associates and arrest defect outflow• Conduct RCA and CAPA reflection sessions with the team during and post project delivery• Weekly MIS / WBR reporting to Stakeholders and Project Leads• Coordinating with the Japan Stakeholders towards project scheduling, resource allocation and change management ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance • Training and inducting Catalog Associates on domain tools and KPIs• Perform monthly 1-1 with team to walk through their scorecard and identify area of improvements to scale them up• Identifying gaps and drive improvement/ optimization initiatives that work toward a metric improvement within processes/functions at site level • Driving continuous improvement and contribute to COE (Correction of Error) process by documenting any issues/RCAs/action planning in functional area and own specific action or change• Understanding client/vendor requirements and work with internal teams like support team, tech team to fix product issues
