Role being responsible for advising on Business transactions relevant/applicable to a Foreign subsidiary, handling Direct (Transfer Pricing) and Indirect Taxation, legal advice on executing contracts and related business negotiations of both the SEZ and the DTA wing (with respect to India sales), in addition to handling Secretarial, FEMA, Labour and other related Compliance.

Ensure Compliance of a Debt Listed Company by ensuring all statutory and regulatory compliance reporting to the concerned authorities is met well on time. In addition, as well responsible for aligning the Company with the provisions of Companies Act 2013, Credit Facility Documentation, reporting and correspondence with regulatory authorities and adhering to all other Secretarial and Statutory compliance.

Handle matters in relation to Legal, Secretarial, Indirect taxation and Payroll. To ensure company is Complaint as per the laws which are applicable to a STPI unit.
