RMX plant♣ Worked as lab technician and handled practical problems at both plant and site♣ Responsible for checking the quality of incoming materials such as aggregtes, cement ,flyash , admixtures by using different testing methods and conducting test in fresh and hardened concrete♣ Conducted concrete trials as per the customer requirement and responsible for checking concrete consistency in transit mixers.♣ Had hands on experience in concrete batching operations using COMMAND BATCH AND COMMAND ALKON♣ Worked as WMS as a part of my training and done weigh in and weigh out of a vehicle and responsible for maintaning all the raw materials, spare parts in plant and entering the same in SAP software. ♣ I had also done plant calibration according to the frequency of testing and checking with the specified limits. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT♣ Dealt with conducting trials for family of mixes and regular supervision of concrete and generating mix designs as per requirement ♣ Member of mix optimization pan India.♣ Worked in innovating new products called value added products such as pervious concrete, coloured concrete, light weight concrete, fibercrete and speedcrete.♣ Designed self compacting concrete and high volume fly ash mixes.♣ Worked in m100 deminar which is a national level event conducted be ACC concrete.
