Vdart Inc is seeking an IT recruiter to work out of our Atlanta, GE office. Requirements of the position are as follows:• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• Ability to provide technical screening (by telephone or in person) of IT candidates based on written requirements• Excellent proofreading skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team• Proficient in resume formatting/revising and Microsoft Office suite• Strong interpersonal skills• Experience in Recruiting desired with a preference for Technical Recruiting experience or strong aptitude for understanding of computer, network and system technologies• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems desiredThe candidate's responsibilities will include:• Utilizing online resources, referrals and network to identify candidates for IT positions in government agencies• Validating candidates to meet client requirements• Negotiating compensation packages with candidates• Revising/reformatting resumes to meet corporate standards• Assembling proposal documentsTechnologies: SAP SMAC ERPDomains: BFSI MANUFACTURING PHARMA TELE COMMUNICATIONWe cater into Fortune 500,big 4,top 10 Asian American System Integrator ,Elite 5 Business Enterprise and few federal agencies.
