I'm a Bio technologist with experience in performing quality control for routinely cultured stem cell lines which includes performing mycoplasma testing by PCR, genomic DNA isolation for STR analysis, RNA isolation and conducting RT-PCR, independently conducting immunostaining on gastruloids generated from stem cells, Gel-electrophoresis, flow cytometry, confocal imaging, Bio repository maintenance, Kit validation and Inventory management and Document maintenance. Interest in research and development and healthcare to expand my knowledge, skills and help me to achieve personal as well as organisation goals.
