Project: Open BankingPSD2 & Open Banking is a Group wide industry led regulatory programme delivering compliance and strategic foundations for the Payments Industry set up by the UK Competition &Markets Authority to create innovative technology (APIs), data standards and the governance structures.• Gathered business requirements by conducting detailed meetings with an extensive set of stakeholders including product owners, change functions, existing BAU teams, Fraud and technology teams. • Challenged existing customer journeys and proposed business process improvements as appropriate in order to meet the OBIE standards.• Applied existing RBB(O4B) and CBO experience in understanding and analyzing the end to end scenarios for Account Information Service Provider (AISP) & Payment Initiation Service Provider (PISP) journeys for Commercial customers and develop possible customer journeys.• Identifying the scope for Industry testing and live proving testing and required test data for SIT and LUAT environments.• As application SME, provide input to various testing efforts to build and test teams.• Liaise with Product owners to fully understand the scope of lab delivery and identify any dependencies, risks, gaps and business impacts for end to end testing to be carried out.
