9+ years’ experience in production support, currently working in the role of Custom Software Engineering Specialist. Proven hands-on network monitoring & operations experience. Good knowledge in service assurance space. Providing day-to-day technical expertise and operational support to obtain highest degrees of production stability for telecom critical sales application• Conduct production support tasks, including issue assignment, analysis, and resolution, while meeting SLA requirements. Ensure timely engagement, escalation, and communication with business stakeholders.• Validate major releases, code fixes, and critical launches to ensure smooth deployment.• Perform application validations for newly released devices in the market• Monitor the application proactively, identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain stability. Ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of any identified issues• Manage production technology incidents from detection to resolution, coordinating engagement, escalation, and clear communication with business owners and relevant platforms.• Address data-related issues, respond to user queries, and update results as necessary• Automate manual tasks using Perl and Shell scripts to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency• Provide rotational operational support for both production and non-production issues, including weekend and holiday coverage• Serve as an on-call support contact on a monthly rotation• Monitor automated health checks and alerts in the system, addressing failures promptly to prevent user impact• Collaborate with Application Development teams to implement fixes and enhance overall application stability.
