After an internship with DS Digital Services, I started working with them as a business manager. Specifically, I am in charge of managing, planning and controlling marketing strategies for company profiles. In addition, I improved my work and team management skills by organizing projects carried out by the team of collaborators and focusing on digital strategies.

This experience allowed me to gain important managerial insights and, most importantly, confirmed my interest in working in an innovative and digital industry.

This experience allowed me to gain exceptional knowledge on the organization and management of a corporation. More specifically, I had to deal with different tasks everyday and this allowed me to grow professionally in various spheres. During these months I was always part of meetings, taking part of the internal organization of the corporation.Through my months at Ventive, I had the chance to take a closer look at the world of Start-ups, making me more aware of my future professional decisions. I learned how to quickly react to last-minute needs for the firm and realized the dynamic nature behind this organization.

Participant in the Amazon Challenge Campus in Partnership with Gruppo Bartoli, pharmaceutical company specialised in the production and the sales of pharmaceutical products.This competition offered university students the possibility to participate in a project, concerned in the development and positioning of the business. The project required students to elaborate a plan for the business' positioning on Amazon's Market Space. With the team, we created, organized and controlled the Amazon Marketspace of an Italian firm.
