Accountable for six brands in the Skin Care, Sun Care, Body Spritz and Wash segments.- Brand Equity growth and financial objectives execution for each of the brands within the cluster.- Address and approve the accurate store display according to the consumer profile in each catalog, watching over communication and considering each Brand positioning.- New product development management and innovation balance in terms of productivity, segment life cycle and opportunities evaluation for the different markets.- Market Opportunities and White Spaces mapping and strategic development recommendation, integrating both regional and local needs to achieve global growth objectives.- Co-work with the category cell in each phase of the marketing process in order to meet campaign financial plans and overall company’s KPI’s.- TSOL management, inventories and price lists for each brand, segment and market.

Responsible for the Kids category (Personal Care and Fashion & Home) for the CPE cluster. Overall planning and development of commercial strategies, by means of permanent contact with regional and local business units, in order to achieve the financial goals. New product development management and innovation balance in terms of productivity, life cycle, and new opportunities for the CPE cluster. Licenses management ensuring innovation, sales and royalties forecasts and minimum guarantee by contract. (Disney, Mattel and Universal)

Accountable for the analysis of marketing’s KPI’s, action plans generation, and proposals for business decision making. In charge of executing management reports for the marketing director and presentations for other regional clusters. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project leader and developer.

In charge of the organization of brand activation activities and social networks management;; administration and execution of customer service through Zendesk.
