• Working on clinical trials phases I-IV from all the therapeutic areas of the sponsor: Hematology, Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Immunology, Cardiovascular and Neuroscience• Managing both Initial and Substantial Amendment Clinical Trials including Ethics Committee and Health Authority submissions• Preparation and tracking with the local team and study sites of essential documents for submissions• Maintenance and update of the paper file and eTMF

As a member of the Hematology group, and within different studies of Multiple Myeloma, Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myelodysplastic Syndrome and Myelofibrosis in phases I-IV, the following activities have been performed:• Training on ICH-GCPs and SOPs• Co-Monitoring visits: pre-trial, site initiation, monitoring, close out and remote• Study documentation management• Drug accountability, shipments and destruction• Feasibility documentation • Ethical Committee and Health Authority submissions• Management of contracts and confidentiality agreements• Site management, reviewing eCRF, data query generation and resolution• Creation, revision and maintenance of appropriate documentation in the Investigator Site File, Trial Master File and Pharmacy File• Correspondence/Phone contact with Site, Pharmacy and Central Laboratory• Translation of protocols and informed consent forms• Help writing visit reports and follow-up letters• Supporting CTAs in study files preparation

Group of Inflammatory Breast Cancer of the Translational Cancer Research Unit.• Assessing the role TGFβ signaling during metastatic progression in IBC through knockdown and overexpression experiments.• The migratory and invasive properties of IBC and nIBC cells prior and after perturbation of TGFβ signaling using an ex vivo myoma invasion assay.
