Running the customer support help desk, delivering customer training and creating course materials. Performing software demonstrations to prospective clients.

Programming using RPG400 to maintain and enhance the Motor Insurance and Cash systems. This included assessing user requirements and deciding on the most user-friendly and efficient methods of attaining them.

Programming using RPG as part of a team to design and maintain the tour reservations, stock control, property management and payroll packages. During my time at Osprey I was involved in many aspects of the business. I took both support and lead roles in customer demonstrations and implementations. This involved assessing the needs of the customer, staff training and on-going site visits and enhancements. I was also a member of the team which ran the helpline to deal with customer questions and problems.
