Since publishing my book, West Point Woman in 2018, I had the privilege of speaking to Fortune 50 to 500 companies nationwide while also maintaining thriving coaching and consulting practice. I am about to release the second edition of my book and the accompanying Mastermind Lead and participants guides. With these new tools companies are able to take the precepts of my book and create lasting change and transformation. My Mastermind method can be used to host Executive Roundtables or key groupings of organizational leaders. Program Manager for Lean Six Sigma implementation in Mortgage line of busines. Successfully incorporated robust change management methods leveraging key leaders across 17 Division/departments to lead the change efforts. Developed vigorous engagement strategies and methods to drive the adoption of a Lean culture. The Mortgage program became the model for the company generating more savings ($6M) than any other line of business in the company in 2012 and more than doubled that savings ($14M) in 2013.Developed a comprehensive change management plan for a large IT system upgrade in our Consumer Direct channel including change leadership training, change agent identification, and on-going coaching and feedback of key leaders. The program was designed to adapt to a constantly changing deployment timeline and yet insured that projects were completed on time, under budget with minimal disruption in productivity.

Department workload bottlenecks removed and department met or exceeded all 2009 business objectives.• Partnered on leadership succession planning and coached high potentials positioning them for broader leadership roles and enhanced productivity. Increased bench strength supporting new business growth including reducing the time to fill senior level vacancies by as much as 75%.• Designed and delivered customized programs for effective team performance for newly formed departments. Enabled teams to establish strategic goals and meet or exceed annual business objectives. • Led the Executive Diversity Council through a facilitated process to identify guiding principles and behaviors for an inclusive workforce. Guiding principles and behaviors were adopted as company cultural standards.• Developed company wide diversity training program owned and delivered by officers to all levels of leadership. Created leadership-focused workbooks and programs for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel across the state of Virginia. • Co-authored Keeping the Best!, an employee/volunteer retention toolkit and training program that won national recognition and was featured at the Rural and Frontier EMS Symposium in 2006 and 2008. Also featured in the EMS Insider magazine in 2006. • Created and managed the nationally recognized EMS Leadership Challenge, a self-development leadership program produced for the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads (VAVRS). Featured in the EMS Insider magazine in 2006.• Conducted an in-depth workforce analysis of the Advanced Life Support (ALS) personnel in a large fire department. This winning project highlighted at the Virginia Fire Chiefs Association (VFCA) Mid-Atlantic Expo 2008.
