- Orthopedic practice with a caseload of diverse neurological and musculoskeletal conditions- Developed consistent referral sources by following up with clients via post - assessment phone calls and assessment reports to referring physicians; also worked closely with personal trainers in the community to transition clients safely from rehab to community

- Collaborated with all levels of administration at the hospital to design and implement the new privatephysiotherapy clinic. Was integral in developing new outpatient referral sources - Also taught Tanzanian-trained physiotherapists evidence-based treatment techniques for children with post-injection sciatic nerve injury

- Networked vigorously with doctors, therapists and personal trainers in outpatient clinics and hospitals to develop referral relationships. Grew the clinic and client base to a degree where two full time administrative positions were created to assist with bookings and billings- Also collaborated with the employer to supply orthopedic medical devices (e.g. insoles, back rests, splints & braces), becoming the first supplier in Dar es Salaam.

A member of the interdisciplinary team providing rehabilitation services to the inpatient Acquired Brain Injury program and part-time in the Inpatient Arthritis Program to treat clients with post-operative hip and knee arthroplasties. In this capacity, I lead the aqua therapy program to enhance the client’s recovery
