This visibility allowed the company to exceed sales goals (ultimately earned $619 million) and helped the company to be the first company to IPO during the pandemic. • Received the Gong.io award for most innovative implementation of their platform for the way I mined the text data and displayed the number of times each salesperson mentioned upsell products on sales calls. • Used fuzzy match algorithms/data science tools in Alteryx to de-duplicate account and customer master data and merge multiple instances of Salesforce as part of an acquisition. • Designed and built 20+ dashboards and all supporting snowflake data structures over an 8-month period.
