I am a Year 4 Mechanical Engineering student at the National University of Singapore (NUS), with a specialisation in Aeronautical Engineering. I have a strong academic foundation, having completed courses in Finite Element Analysis, Propulsion, and Aerodynamics, among others.I have also gained valuable hands-on experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering, through my Internship at Shell Singapore as a Rotating Equipment Engineer, where I conducted testing, Root Cause Analysis, and data analysis on various types of rotating equipment. I also created a Power BI dashboard to monitor over 3000 rotating equipment in Shell Bukom, and identified and corrected over 250 discrepancies in contractors' equipment monitoring, leading to cost savings for the company.Additionally, I have demonstrated my leadership and organisational skills as the President of NUS Cycling, where I led a team of 30+ students in planning and execution of various school events and projects, including the largest NUS Cycling event with 100 participants. I also established strong ties with other CCAs and school administration, and represented the CCA at over 10 different school and community events. My goal is to leverage my academic knowledge, practical experience, and problem-solving abilities to make a meaningful impact in the field of Mechanical Engineering. I am particularly interested in the Aeronautical and Energy Industry and am eager to contribute my skills and passion to address real-world challenges. I believe in the power of networking and collaboration, and would love to connect with anyone who shares my interests and aspirations.
